sims 4 crashing no matter what I do ;(
Hello! I'm desperate at this point. I was trying to run the game from both Ea and Steam, but it just crashes every time. I did a full reinstall, removed all mods, cleared thumbnailcache, and removed the entire Sims 4 folder from documents, still crashing. Sometimes at startup, sometimes while exiting CAS, sometimes while trying to move into a lot. I can't play the game for longer than 5 minutes. If anyone can help, I'd be grateful because I don't know what to do at this point. This kind of thing has never happened before. Thanks in advance for any feedback. I have also attached a dxdiag.
