Re: can't update my sims 4 game

We were having the same problem.   For us the fix was running the updater for the EA App since there must have been an update for it we missed.  After that we were able to update Sims 4.  I don't know if that will help you or not but maybe try the EA App Updater in the EA folder to see if maybe you're behind an update for the EA app.
