@rin83700  Please clear the EA App's cache:

and restart your computer.  Open the App, click Sims 4, select Manage > Manage Add-ons, and see whether you can download Eco Lifestyle from there.

If this doesn't work, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask for help.  While EA doesn't fix problems with codes bought from third-party sources, a support rep could at least tell you whether there's a problem with the product code.  The question is not simply whether the pack is added to your account but whether the code is valid.

I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.

    Thank you for your answer, i already try restarting everything and clearing the cache. 

    I tried on my mac where i still have origin and on it i can dowload the ecolifestyle pack just fine so i think it's a problem with the EA app.

    I will try contacting EA.
