@gabbycraigie00  Do you mean your saves have disappeared, or something else?  For your saves, do you use OneDrive, and if so, do you see any Sims 4 data there?  It's not uncommon for OneDrive to sync the contents of Documents and then remove the local copy, leaving only the copy in cloud storage, when space gets low, even temporarily, on the computer.
