I was able to play last night and now when I open the EA app, the sims 4 said it is queued and there is no option to play and it will not open from the desktop shortcut. I pre ordered enchanted by nature, I am wondering if this is what is queued. Everything else appears to be installed and downloaded.
It appears it is high school years that is installed but queued. Any ideas how to fix this please?

I did give this a go. I have since had to replace my laptop so when I get my new one I will do this again and see how I go. Thank you :)
