@0_Chmmz_0  When you lower the graphics settings of a game, your computer's hardware just runs that game at a higher fps, at least up to a point.  So you're not necessarily lowering the overall workload by much.

At any rate, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post so I can see the laptop's hardware and drivers.

And make sure you're not blocking the air vents while you play.  That means playing on a hard flat surface, like a desk, rather than with the laptop resting on a blanket.

    Hey friend, I found out that the table cover I used was bending and clogging the bottom air vents! I’m using a desk w/o one that doesn’t insulate the heat. It doesn’t even get lukewarm anymore. Sorry if I was wasting ur time, thanks for helping ✌️

    @0_Chmmz_0  You didn't waste my time at all, and I do appreciate the info.  Sometimes the problem can be a detail we don't consider until someone happens to ask the right question.
