@CariY2206  I'm not sure how much help I can be here, never having used OBS myself.  But the first thing that comes to mind is a conflict between overlays, so try disabling the overlay for Origin or the EA App, whichever you use.  And if you're running another app (not OBS) that includes an overlay, disable that, ether the overlay or the entire app, as well.

If that doesn't help, I can look over a dxdiag if you post one.

But like I said, I might not be able to figure out what's going on.

    Hi! Thanks so much for your response!!! 

    I forgot to come back here and update my response, but the solution to the problem was to turn off edge scrolling in-game. That solved everything, thank God!!!
