@fiersta  I don't know that this is possible.  In theory, turning two fingers in a circle, or something close to it, might work, as it does in macOS.  But I don't actually know whether the function exists in the Windows version, and even if it does, it requires the touchpad driver to also support the motion, which it might not.

There's no harm in trying though.  Be sure to try both the Sims 4 and Sims 3 cameras in case the movement is supported in one but not the other.

To free move the camera, you can hold down ctrl and move your fingers on the touchpad while in Sims 3 camera mode.  But I'm guessing if you don't want to use < or >, ctrl is also inconvenient.
