Hi, there.

I', just wondering if you have fixed your issue yet and if so how?

I am having EXACTLY the same issue my end with the "For Rent" and "Growing Together" expansion pack. Purchased code through CD keys same as you, paid by card. Growing Together works perfectly but For Rent showing as owned in the game but not able to download it through EA app, just gives me the option to Purchase. I've tried everything you have too so now I'm uninstalling and re-installing my game, but it still isn't showing in the downloads folder.

CD keys haven't been helpful and EA hasn't replied to me either yet. Frustrating.

  • Update, I uninstalled and reinstalled my game, and then cleared the cache on the ea app and it worked. Downloading now. I don't know what the issue is, but from what I've read of people experiencing the issue and of my own experience I think it's just a delay.

  • @Ratty1994 Thanks. I'm having the same issue today. My game is reinstalling now, so hopefully it fixes my issue as well.

    I found that it just took time before it got worked out. I also opened and EA Error Report from the Help section of the 3 bar menu on the Ea App for good measure. Not sure if that helped or not, but worth a try.     

  • I logged on this morning and it was sitting there in my library, as if nothing had happened. Just downloading it now. 🙂
