On paper, the white and blue laser sights are still have worse hip fire spreads than the season 13 SMG hip-fire values and only the purple laser sight that actually improves the hip-fire. In game though, they don't feel any different so to me, I don't really care if I have them or not. 

I agree, just play the game and you'll get used to it. I love how the guns work right now. Only weapons that kinda suck (for me) are the spitfire and the L-star. Maggie + Maggie ult + Eva-8 = Most OP thing you could face at close range.
