Ultimate Accelerant = instant fuel boost
If the chopper explodes, how is it supposed to regen fuel?
Can enemies claim the chopper?
Can anyone other than a chopper-pilot drive the chopper?
Can enemy chopper-pilots drive the chopper?
As for other abilities:
Tactical: Recon Drone, also with limited fuel.
Passive: Fuel Regeneration.
Ultimate: Chopper; Only the pilot that summoned the chopper can drive it

----Miniguns can be placed on each side door by Rampart
----Most other items can be placed in the middle between the two side doors, such as Caustic Barrels, DOC, Gibby Shield (baby bubble useless), Mobile Shield (mostly useless), Pylon, etc
----Fences can be placed in the doorways to keep enemies from crossing it
----Rampart can use barricades on the doors, but it only applies the ampshield portion, to allow for ease of movement and ease of shield destruction
