The Simpsons Tapped Out Problem. Android Platform

My Alisonn129 account will not work. i can log in in any device. We have tried tablets and phone, Everytime we log in, it goes immediately to a character at the track and freezes. We can do nothing but select one dog and when doing so it freezes for good. It is very frustrating since I already lost all progress once and had to start again. I would buy money, but stopmshort because ofnallmof these issues and the terrible support we have recieved from EA. Can anyone please help. I love the game but i am frustrated by all the issues. And yes it know this is the wrong area but we do not use a pc or laptop andnthis darn system will not allow us to select anything from the extended menu on our tablets. hopefully a moderator can move it.
