If the updated driver doesn't fix the issue try reinstalling DirectX and VC using the installers found in:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\BFH\__Installer

  • I have done this process. Reinstalled DirectX and Visual C ++ directly from the files found in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\BFH\__Installer

    Remember to reboot 🙂

Also, have you repaired the game in Origin?

Uh it's getting confusing with all the people asking for help in the same thread.

"Just try that instead of it and that might reinstall that with the message" 😛

Yes as the above is showing you, it's hard to understand a person when you are not precise :D You might want to avoid using words vague constructs like "an error" and "it" if I'm to understand you 😉

  • Restarted in a day what would I do in one year. hahaha

    Performed the repair by Origin
I did update the Visual C ++ and DirectX straight from the root file.
Have deleted all the .dll files and downloaded again
Have reinstalled the game by 3x
Have updated the video drivers and drivers CPUs
    Have updated the .NETFramework files
Already compared the tamando of my files with a friend. Apparently all files are correct.

What I have left now is to re-download the 30gb or format my SSD. Poe be a problem system or some .CAS file BFH.
The problem of format is that I will have to redo all my backup that is not little.

The next step would be to make sure no external program is causing it. Try playing after a clean boot:

The following is a video of what actually happens when I enter the game:

Seems very odd. Have you tried removing all the settings folder for BFH and the BFH beta's in your Documents folder?

  • Yes. I removed all folders related to BFH BETA and deleted the folder normal Hardline. I did the repair directly in origin after deleting folders and tried to get into the game. Same problem!

Same issue. I've been following the Battlelog thread too. At this point, I think I'll just give up for a few days, and hope that it gets fixed while I'm offline.

All I really want to know is how EA is going to compensate players who pre-ordered the game for full price and can't play. I'm not going to get a refund or threaten to never buy EA again, I just want to play.
