BF 3 Xbox program load up glitches

How long will it take for the BF3 Xbox version of the game to be fixed?

The problem involves the game load up screen glitch that started after premium was released.

Can it be patched so you do not have to click countless okay buttons and reset your world location selection every time the game is played, reset your game preferences, map preferences ( gulf of Oman, Karland, Wake etc ) always need to be unchecked?

I would appreciate knowing because this is really annoying after many months with no correction via a patch. If one has come out I would appreciate knowing about it.
