We've looked into the reports around inability to access the alpha and have identified several customers who should have been granted access, but were unable to play. We have run a fix that should resolve this issue; we will be emailing the players impacted directly but if you have had this issue, please restart Origin and you should be all set.

Thank you for your patience and for raising this here on the community. We apologize for the confusion this issue caused and hope everyone enjoys the Alpha.
