Re: Disconnected from ea online error (1) help

Since you havn't spent the time listing what you have tried to solve it, I won't spend time guessing. I do however want to help here's some universal solutions to most problems. Hope that helps.

If you are playing on PC, please enable the following online ports on your connection:
TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-29999, 22990, 17502, 42127 
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300 

-Please write descriptive subject texts so the right people find you question
-Try restarting your computer and router
-Try repairing your game in Origin
-Try reinstalling the game
-Try uninstalling and installing Origin again
-Update other drivers, especially motherboard/chipset, network card
-If you have a Realtek soundcard try disabling it in the BIOS
-Try deleting the BF3 "Settings" folder in C:/Users//My Documents/Battlefield 3
-Try doing a UOtrace to EA's servers to check for problems - https://help.ea.com/article/how-to-uo-trace
-Update you drivers to your graphics card and other components like soundcard and motherboard.
-Run Origin and Battlefield 3 as administrator (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ff431742.aspx)
-Check the Origin server status: http://www.origin.com/us/status
-Check if Punkbuster is running correctly and update it manually (https://help.ea.com/article/battlefield-3-punkbuster-error)
-Check the READ FIRST post http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-3/READ-FIRST-Known-issues-guides-and-FAQs/m-p/215092/highlight/true#M17936 most answers are in there
-Look at this handy dandy post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-3/Battlefield-3-fixes-guide-read-carefully/td-p/76264
-Go to the cloud button on BF3 and uncheck the “enable cloud storage for all games” box. Launch the game, quit it and re-enable the cloud storage box. Make sure to use the local data when the information box popping up.
