Just re downloaded bf1 and it says I don’t have privilege to play online, but I have game pass ultimate and all my other online games work fine.

Definitely sounds like an odd one, especially if you have game pass ultimate. Just to double check you're playing via Xbox and not Game pass for PC? Just to clarify exactly what you're playing on.

Is an underage child account being used?
Is the Xbox account linked to your EA account?
No underage account is being used and my Xbox is linked with my Ea account. I doubled check to make sure it’s not underage and it isn’t. It’s just weird because last year I played bf1 online just fine. And in the time from then until now nothing on my account has been changed or altered.
A reddit thread says to try updating the game.
