Unfortunately not.  The best way to practice is to play single player or coop missions.  Most of us opt for "on the job training" during multiplayer matches to figure out which weapons and attachments work best for us.  Also some weapons have a higher learning curve that once you become familiar you will like them much better which you won't experience on a firing range.
