Got Hacked then Banned?

Hey EA Answers,

The other day my account was hacked (apparently by someone in Moscow, because that's where the ban occurred).  I live in the US. and have never played BF3 on a computer other than that of my house.  Some proof that it was not me hacking, include the change of settings, (mainly graphics and mouse settings) and also the difference in IP.  The hacker also friend Phantom59, and they both did co-op together.  Can someone help me unban my GUID?  It's been unfairly banned due to someone compromising my account, although I am unsure how someone did so.  Is my GGC ban permanent? Will I have to buy a new Battlefield Limited Edition?

This is MY account, and has been since I made it in 2009.  Never before has this happened.  I've never been banned from any EA game.  I wasn't even awake during the time of the hacking.  Can someone ban the perpetrator and help me get unbanned.  I would also like to be rolled back, because I don't want his hacking to affect my level or my stats.  I hate the Famas and don't want it to be my highest ranked weapon!
