Follow the Steps to contacting an EA Game Adviser to fix this :

1 Click here to go to the EA contact page. http://help.ea.com/en/

Note: Top left pick your Country :]

2 Select your game and platform, Then click next.
3 Select a topic and write about your problem.
4 Click next and select your preferred contact method.
5 Ask for a callback if you can as it is fast when I used it.

The call back feature available to North America, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Switzerland, and the UK.

    I have this same exact problem but at the end of the 4 step process there is no option to 'Ask for a callback" ... all I can see is a half cut off 'Back' option. I would like to change my name back to jpmwolf91 as soon as possible.. yochelyoyoyoyo doesn't sit too well with me.

    1) Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
    2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC)
    3)Select a Topic (Some topics do not support the option "Live Chat". If you select "Account Management" option "Live Chat" will be available. If you select a "Account Security" option "Live Chat" will not be available.).
    Also, I advise you prepare all information about your Account.

    Hi, I have the same problem.. I did all the steps, except choosing my country, Im from Chile, its not on the list. But I still have the problem... pls help.

    @mr_forow Please check this link to find various options to contact EA support: How to contact EA support

    If you would like to contact via Live Chat, make sure you selected US flag and click on Contact US button. Then select your platform, game (in your case it's Origin) and select a topic: Manage My Account, then select an issue: Can't login. After, you should get Live Chat option so just enter a Subject and click on Chat Now. If you have difficulties with getting Live Chat, please check my link where you can find an additional information.

    When I went to live chat, the operator asked for my email address.  Then, the operator asked for the password to my email. Needless to say, I terninated the conversation. I am now looking to delete my accounts.
