I HAVE FOUND A FIX!! Warning...this will erase your entire PS4 (except the PS4 update that came out before release). Having tried everything and wishing I could play the ONLY game that I want to play (BF4), I was willing to try this. Go to the menu, then go to settings, then scroll down to the bottom & select where it says "Initialize". Then scroll down to the bottom & select where it says "Initialize PS4". Click that. Then it gives you a "Quick" or "Full" option. Click the "Full" option. NOTE: It showed me an option that Sony recommends to deactivate this PS4 as my primary one. I clicked Yes (to deactivate). It took around 2 hours to complete. Upon completion, I had to set up my PS4 as if it were brand new. Then, the first game I put in was BF4 & it worked with no errors!!!
