Freelook Glitch (PS4)

I tried paying tonight after downloading the latest update. Whenever I was piloting a helicopter or minigun turret (transport heli or boat) it would always seem like the freelook button was bugging out causing my aim/perspective to shift off-center.

This was most notable when flying the littlebird as my targeting reticle would be waaaaaaay off center from the squiggly reticle. it would snap back if i pushed up on the dpad, but then drift off again as if i was still holding it. (BTW...is freelook in choppers really hold up on the dpad and use the left stick? has anyone there seen a ps4 controller?)

I tried a different controller, then resetting the game....and then resetting the ps4 entirely. Still drifting away.
