Hello od122001,

In order to unlock the FY-JS sniper rifle, you have to complete the Recon Expert (Gold-tier) assignment.

More specifically...

  • Complete Recon Veteran Assignment
  • Obtain 50 Marksman Ribbons
  • Obtain 200 kills with any Sniper rifle
  • Obtain 10 Sniper Rifle Ribbons

    How to obtain Marksman Ribbon

    In order to get a Marksman Ribbon, you have to make headshot kill of 250m long.

    If you make a headshot kill from 50m long, you get Marksman Bonus. If you get 250 Marksman Bonus points, you get 1 Marksman Ribbon.

    How to complete Recon Veteran Assignment

    • Complete Recon Basic assignment.
    • Obtain 8 kills with any Sniper rifle
    • Have 5 squad members spawn on you
