Hello, can we get a screenshot of the issue?

Anyway try to disable the blur completely from the game make a cfg file in your bf4 folder with these lines:

WorldRender.MotionBlurEnable 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurRadialBlurMax 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurQuality 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurMaxSampleCount 0

Copy and Paste it in your notepad, save as User.CFG, not user.cfg.txt, save it in BF4 folder
