Problem with EA-ONLINE

Hello,

I have some issues with EA-ONLINE on BF1. until last week, I could play in multiplayer modes with no problems until the next day I could'nt. It's saying that my game is unable to connect with EA-ONLINE and I checked on EA if there was any problems with my account but I am not banned and it seems that my account was not hacked.

Does somebody have any idea to help me?

    alright, it seems the problem was that the EA app set herself offline and I could'nt re-open it. When I finaly opened it, I could reset it online and the problem is now gone.

    Having the same issue for 48 hours after downloading, did every diagnostic recommended by EA on the help site as well as scour every source online for a potential solution. 

    Play game for 10ish min,
    Get black screen with loading symbol, 
    Main menu screen with nothing but "You are offline"
    Screenshot shows what it says while it happens on the server browser as well.

    And it repeats all the time, no clue why. ISP does not seem to be the source, router has been reset, restarted, PFW and firewall is turned off. Not sure what else we can do here.

    Hello Mr_Archer_9743​,

    The issue usually should be fixed after relaunching the game. If you are still having the issue you should reinstall your game and check your internet stability. Also, when launching the game launch it directly from inside of the EA app.

    Bump; Still having issues with getting disconnected randomly from EA servers.

    UPDATE: NORDVPN installed a lightweight firewall, blocking packets that caused issues with connecting to EA servers. If you ever had NORD installed, please double check that every application is uninstalled, as well as you don't have a firewall rule on your network adaptor!
