The physical retail game contains a key. When use that key in the Origin client when you have logged into your EA account. This game will now be bound to your EA account and thus on the Origin client no matter if you format or get a new computer or loose the dvd. You can always download it.

• If i buy that, I could play battlefield 4 online - yes
• if I format my PC and install it again i should buy a new game or a key to play multiplayer - no
• Is there a way to purchase the game online, install a software on my PC and let it download the game - yes, the Origin client at http://www.origin.com
• If yes, whould I do it again if I format my PC and use the same account ? - just download the Origin client and login to the same account as you used before and the game is there for download and use
