It won't get resolved and it shouldn't.
That account is a cheater...no matter who you say is using it.
Cheating should be banned permanently.
IF it wasn't you cheating...and that is hard to prove...buy another account and take better care of it this time.
And FYI...when hackers steal accounts...you don't get them back. Nobody ever does.

Why should i buy another account when i have just miraculously got back my account? I have nothing to hide. And just to close this case.
No, i wasn't banned or anything. i just have to reinstall the punkbuster thingy in the folder and everything is fine.
It is easy to proof since EA logged the ip address everytime the account is logged in.
You probably have a bad experience with hackers ruining your game, we all do. I admit tho, my password is probably too easy for hackers to bruteforce (which i have now changed and equipped with the authenticator).
So how do i close this thread or something? i got the help that i need on the first reply.

Proxy IPs are not hard to use. You can show you are anywhere in the world.
Hackers have never been a problem for me. The very few I've seen are actually entertaining to watch. lol

The OP got the help he needed. He doesnt need your random non-sense rant about you accusing him of hacking. And you must not know much because people get hacked alot and get their accounts back. There is nothing fishy about the OPs story, it happens all the time. Hackers use accounts they hacked to try out their hacks on alot. Luckily the OPs account hacker did not do that.
Glad you got your account back, that is good to hear, and that you got your game working. Also, kudos on being smarter this time and setting up the authenticator.
