Same happen to me. I'm not under age and I have Fifa that works perfectly fine. I've been waiting ages for this game , I'm a cod fan and yet I chose battlefield 1 over infinite warfare, I'm starting to regret that. I can access my origin account on my Xbox how do I do that so I can change it

EA's customer service is absolutely awful why is it so hard to contact someone so I can play the game I bought.

I cannot for the life of me get the multiplayer to work! This is frustrating in many ways as I have had this problem with ea games for 2 years (with older games). but still i have tried to unplug my router i have restarted my xbox several times, and still it dosent work. my account is an adult account full privileges. I've only had the game for 2 days, but with the amount i play its frustrating. Part of the problem may be I bought the code online. (From Amazon) Help?
