Thanks for confirming that a factory reset solved this for you @Nemesis2k12
We are looking into this issue but for now if you are having a problem with a black screen crash on XBOX One you can fix it with a factory reset. Please keep in mind that you will lose anything that isn't backed up when doing this.

which is exactly what I just said. twice.
- I'm having the same issue and the factory reset did not solve it. Even after the factory reset I still only get the black screen and the game will not load. Tried to get a refund but since it was a new game the store will only exchange for another copy. Tried the new copy and have the same issue. So now I have a $65 piece of garbage.
