Summarize your bug My ZH-29 will not unlock even after I reached level 10. I saw a post saying in other threads that if you report the bug EA they will unlock the weapon for you and fix the issue
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to class unlocks and it should be unlocking the ZH-29 but is not even after completion of a round.
What happens when the bug occurs? Gun Stays Locked
What should be happening instead? Gun Unlocks
I saw a post saying in other threads that if you report the bug EA they will unlock the weapon for you and fix the issue. Please help me resolve this issue so I can enjoy the game again.

Have you created a case on the EA help website? If not i would try that. Just go to www.Help.EA.com .
Then go to help with a game.
After that click on Battlefield V .
After you clicked on Battlefield V scroll down to the bottom and click on : CONTACT US
There you can create a case .
Just explain your problem and you will get helped for sure. I dont know if you did this already but if you didn’t i would give this a try!!
