Missing proficiency assignments for cosmetic sets camo

I've upgraded the 4 classes to level 20. Before, I have asked the support agent to grant me the mastery assignments, and I successfully unlocked them. But that's not I'm talking about.

Later I found I also missed the proficiency assignments with lower class level requirements, lv.10. Relevant outfits including Highlander, Paladin, Phantom, Illusionist, Weatherman, Gravedigger, Patriot, Wolf.

Through my explanation to the support agent, they say they can only add the lv.20 mastery assignments to my account, while I make sure I have stressed what I need is proficiency assignments, not mastery ones, but they have nothing to do. It seems that they can only add the latest assignments to your account depending on your class level. So I suggest those who haven't got to lv.20 for all classes try to request your missing assignments as soon as possible.

I know it's an infamous bug with bfv definitive edition for a long time. Given the circumstances, there's nothing more we can do.
