We have no way of granting a Battlepack on AHQ, if that was the impression being given before. 

Just so I can be fully clear on this, after using the Boost you don't get the appropriate notification on the squad select screen? Can I check what system folks are on?

I had it on xbox 1.  See my original comment below for full details and see my response in this thread.  It's obviously happened a lot and I'd really appreciate if you could give the bonuses back.  If companies spent more time fixing something and returning bonuses than "looking into it", it'd be a nice change.  It seems the whole "let's try to figure it out" is a stall tactic to get placate people until they become so frustrated they just walk away.  I am pretty sure it isn't hard to look into my playing history and see exactly when and what happened. 

The original post here is 2 weeks old and I've been on the phone twice with no resolution.  It's the same ole' run around about how someone else needs to fix it and we cannot do anything blah blah.  The technical guy said I need to post to a discussion board to get my bonuses back?  Really, why can't the technical people fix the technical issue?  I don't want a battle pack with a cheap skin, I think we'd all rather have our bonuses back. 

They were giving XP bonuses away a lot over the holidays;  I'm sure to encourage people who got it for Christmas to play.  But that knife cuts both ways.  If you can't fix the bugs, it's not worth playing or supporting you guys just to get the run-around.  What good is getting a sqaud bonus only to have it taken away?  Why would anyone pay for a battlepack when they read these post and see that you guys are more than happy to sell battlepacks and then take back the contents of the battlepack.  It now cost us money to buy a battlepack, which you seem to be simply taking that inventory back.  That's like paying someone to rob me.   Judging by the number of comments and dates here, this will continue to grow and word will spread, to the detriment of you guys retaining players an selling battlepacks.

Did you find out what's going on here yet?  Can you at least answer me.  Your help desk says to post here to get the issues solved.  My understanding of issue solved isn't being ignored and disregarded.  At least a response would be nice. 

is there any news on what the bug was as boosts are still missing and im not wanting to use any more till i know the issje has been fixed atleast t.i.a

I haven't seen this issue in a while - you should see the small Squad Boost icon next to the player in the squad that activated it.

Please do not that using multiple Squad Boosts do not stack, you can only benefit from one active Squad Boost at a time.
