Seem like the issue was ESET antivirus as it worked when disabling it. Although it seem strange, due to this problem was there before installing ESET.

I have the same problem but it was working fine before then all of a sudden I cant connect to any server

Suddenly it started acting in the same way again - even with ESET antivirus de-activated. So it's not only related to the antivirus and firewall.

I see 1000 of hits of people having samme issue when searching on Google, but with no exact solution. 

Do you have any other suggestions?

I recently have similar problem. I tried everything suggested on the EA website about connection troubleshooting, opening ports, exclude from antivirus etc. I even went further as to reinstall windows, origin and then the game. Nothing works. 

In my case it was the ISP. What I did to solve the problem was to use vpn. To reduce the ping, I connect vpn through server located in my country. 

To anyone who come across this problem, try this and see if it works. 

do you also have it when your ping is like 14 and stable?

my ping is 38 and same issue ongoing. added to Kaspersky exclusions list
