hello @RanzigeRidder2 you should wait for the official list of CTE and you should get a email or Hotmail for the dog tags. or it can unlock  by it self for you get it.
like battlefield 4 you have go to get the code for doing CTE program. To be a CTE program you have to have premium account or you can call it premium Season pass to get in. you have to play like 10 hours and each day on CTE and you have to get lots  of kill in CTE program. Than you well be on the list and you should get Email for your dog tags. the long you in there, The  more dog tags get.

The Chinese New Year Dog Tag, is clear in the meantime. That one was available by logging in to Battlefield 1 before February 16

Do the Incursions Closed Alpha hours logged count towards the CTE dog tags progress?

Do note that incursion and CTE are two different environments and two different clients. Their progress does not combine or carry over from one another. If Incursion time will one day mean something for the dog tags is yet to be seen however, so stay tuned to more updates basically. 

All community test Dog Tags are now unlock with the summer update!

There was another dog tag unlocked yesterday, Siani dog, anybody else see it?
