Re: Can't upload Server's JPEG Banner

@Carbonic I have the same problem, try your TEST but it doesnt' work (not a valid jpeg file)

The issue has been forwarded.

Battlelog isn't allowing anyone to upload banners. I've contacted several other players that rent servers

and asked them to delete and then try reinstalling their banners. It displays invalid Jpeg.

I tried the same thing. Installing older banners that I've used before and know are working.

fails to upload the old banners and again displays the files are not valid jpegs

Is there anyone that can report the issues or do something about that??

As @TribalThird  wrote, just respect the guidelines on pixel resolution, file size and graphic compression format being standard jpeg, then it works fine!

A quick and easy way to check and ensure this, is to open your created graphic banner file in MSFT Windows 10 / MS-Paint.  Check the image resolution is at or below the given max range of 510x126 pixels, then press 'Save as...' and choose the standard Windows jpeg format.

After that, the graphic banner file is also accepted by the EA Battlelog upload function for your server banner!
