This is actually when Bipoded at does not zoom. Funny thing is that the MG42, is able to fire focused, I just can't aim down the sights.
Meaning it applies the Bipods, and gives the stability, but it won't aim.

Are you holding down the button to aim down sights or clicking it? That's what it sounds like from your description.
Try right-clicking on the game in Origin and select "repair" before launching it again. Resetting your key bindings back to default is advised too.Hope that helps, keep us updated.
I am holding the button down. I have done as recommended now, and it did not help I still can't aim down sight.
Update, I have now changed from hold, to toggle, and can now aim. The hold function works again if I change in game, untill I die.
I have tried deleting origin and it's cache and reinstalling it without using the cloud, this was the EA support lines suggestion. No change due to this.

Hey, Try clearing the document folder for Battlefield V and the turn of Origin cloud for Battlefield V. Start the game up and see if the same issue happens. @Thesmer
