I have given up on this, instead I'd just turn off VOIP completely. Would still prefer to use Steelseries Engine because it can generate different sound profiles for different games.

Still no real fix! I can see when my team is talking but i cant hear them even after selecting my headphones in Origin Voice settings. Disabled all audio devices i wasn't using & repaired the game. Be grateful if anyone finds out a legit fix!

I finally managed to resolve the issue by uninstalling ALL Razer software. Ran Windows Sound Troubleshooter to identify any other issue. It fixed one; the other required restart. Problem finally soved. I have squad comms again!!!
