Re: Does the color of a dog tag matter?

Sorry I had to post this in the "Other Battlefield Games" forum, I couldn't find the one for Battlefield 1.

No, the colour of the Tags doesn't matter! 🙂

It's just different styles that DICE made. Some players probably enjoy more the Golden Tags to wear, and others the Silver ones ect.

  • Hey @kdesrochers26,

I'll move your post to the Battlefield 1 board. For future reference: You can always use the "All boards" menu in the lop left corner, you'll find an overview of the boards there.

I'm sure you'll get some answers regarding the dog tags there, but my 2 cents: The color / material of a dog tag doesn't necessarily relate to the rarity. The Easter Egg dog tags (the second one was just released) are bronze and silver, and you have to spend quite some time on them solving puzzles on different maps - but it's good fun and everybody will know you worked for it.

Other's just come over time by winning on a particular map or mode, doing x amount of kills with a weapon, so that really comes with time.

Personally, I prefer the silver ones than gold ones.. but it doesn't matter that one is more valuable than other.
