Hi, unfortunately progress isn't shared between different systems so you'll need to start from scratch in any case.

You will already have an Origin account which is linked to your PSN account. You can see the email account if you go into the menu in an EA game and look for the EA account data. 

However in your case it looks like you have 2 accounts, and as you've already started your Origin Access you probably just want to keep going with those 2 accounts.
