Hello! I have had the same problems back in the days, and I solved it by contacting EA Help through live chat. Try to explain your problems to them and they will solve your problem, if they tell you to wait you can try waiting few days and if it isn’t solved yet try contacting them again, they have the tools to unlock assignments for you in your profile.
