The progression servers are screwed at the moment and have been for 2 days, this is causing "cannot fetch report" errors and problems with progression and rewards.
Just search for fetch report errors, seems to be happening to everyone.

- @sladkoslava Yes, you will get everything missing once this is resolved. You might have to contact EA help: https://help.ea.com/en/ , if you can not get you items the normal way.

Exactly what happens to me, those report errors and no lvl up unlocks.
How can we solve it?
@Tekkiebekkie It happens to me too, bought the game yesterday. I contacted with them and they said that it may be a bug so they reported it to the tech team. The solution that they gave me was making a list so they could manually add whatever is missing or just wait for the hotfix. I will wait for it cause too lazy to name so much stuff that its missing and also cause im gonna have the same issue with the stuff still locked. Let's hope they fix it quickly.
