i am missing my mastery quests after getting my characters up to level 20 months ago and ive been waiting for a while can someone please help me

The issue is well known in the community. To resolve the issue, you should talk to EA support, they are able to grant you the missing assignment. Make sure you explain your situation in detail to the the support agent.
Same man and honestly your probably screwed. Ea help changed literally a day ago and now even when I go incognito mode and use all my different emails to try and get an advisor to help me manually add them in, it either
Gets automatically answered and close by a bot with the simple answer of check the forums ( which forums told me to goto ea help )
Or it straight up tells you that advisors do not support your missing content problem all together and hint hint......there the only people that can fix it :)
thats bull**bleep** the games been out since 2018 and ea just doesnt fix the glitch that keeps you from getting some of the coolest skins in the game
