Hi @tenjs This is usually an issue with the Definitive Edition. Is that the version you have?

If it is then you won't start receiving Company Coin until after rank 21, so you'll need to earn CC through other means (E.G. the daily and weekly missions) and spend it wisely.

You could also try opening a case at help.ea.com but, to avoid disappointment, I don't believe that support can "see" the missing coins.
