Our game crashes when Sundance runs into the screen and not at all when playing game modes without sundance.does that happen for you as well?

I can play an entire game as long as I have a squad with no Sundance and i keep my distance and don't look at Sundance.

The issue could still be related.

I suspect a lot of people crashing are crashing for the same underlying reason, that Dice have messed up the skins/models somehow that causes DirectX crashes.

It might just be that the Radeon VII crashes all the time with Sundance, but everyone else has the same issues and the crashes are just more random.

So still no fix Llama?

From my point of view, dice has to have the possibillity to fix the product that makes the game not playable for 3 times! But they didn't even start an attempt...it'S not listed in bugs fixed section of the last patches, so what's wrong - does Dice need more information on this issue?

Making quick dirty money, due to the hype that was arranged round about that game, with a product that doesn't work as expected - unplayable - even still after weeks and tonns of reports.

I'm speechless...and really annoyed, no I'm sad, that this happened to this fabulous game series.

I’ve had this issue since day one.  Radeon VII, Ryzen 7 3800.  Sundance crashes my game anytime they’re on screen, even when I’m inside vehicles.  If I get in a vehicle Sundance is in the vehicle, the game crashes as well.  I’ve gotten a Sundance crash the “kill cam” where all you see is the red silhouette and a crash on the load screen when the character was on.  The game is pretty much unplayable for me. 

Lol bro, I have tried like 3 times. Last one told me something along the lines of "As previously noted when you reported this issue, we are unable to refund you for the game".

Then they asked me if I had any other questions. I said no but tried to respectfully challenge being told no and he closed the chat on me. This company's changed for the worse. Shame.

I went ahead and grabbed an XFX 6900XT Merc 319 Black edition card and will sell my Radeon VII.  The 6900XT absolutely rips.  Insanely fast.  Pretty much 2x FPS improvement.  I also do not crash when Sundance is around, however I now crash randomly with the same error.  A couple of other things I notice.  I do get a few studders when Sundance runs close by.  There is definitely something wrong with her model that universally causes issues.  The future frame rendering feature is a performance killer.  Very bad frametimes with it enabled and the game is butter smooth with it disabled.  This game is an alpha build they launched. 

@Trerota referring other people who already refund for that issue also a nice try. It helped before.
