Error 2:2006J

Product: Battlefield 2042
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? The ship screen, connecting to online services.
Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen? N/A
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 11/26/2021
Summarize your bug I started up the game and got to the ship screen normally, on this screen the picture was ruined. All blurry and wrong colors. The error code unknown error // 2:2600J is up in the top right screen. All my games color and picture are now ruined.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It occurs when I get to the ship screen to connect to the main menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? All my games are unplayable because the color/picture is ruined. It is blurry and pixilated.
What should be happening instead? The picture should be normal because all my games are blurry and ruined.

I am not able to play any games. The picture is ruined. I tried to unplug my console, check my internet connection and did all the recommendations and it is still ruined.

    What happens when the bug occurs? cant get to any room to play wait so long and then got kick out
    What should be happening instead? cant play anymode

    Hi

    I am having the same issue since 28th Nov 2021 (never before that).

    I can only play Solo mode that's it.

    What happens when the bug occurs? Cant get to any room to play wait so long and then got kick out. Cant play Multiplayer mode for any match.
    What should be happening instead? I was playing Multiplayer Mode successfully before 28th Nov 2021

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? unsure
    What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot join multiplayer games. I am still able to join games on BF Portal, however I cannot play 2042. My client attempts to join a game, loads me as the only player into assasin squad and loads forever, forcing me to leave the game. 
    What should be happening instead? Should be able to connect with other players and join the game.

    @FragEmDonny I just resolved this error today
    1) I verified the games files with in STEAM
    2) I re-enabled the cross play.... and I think disabling the cross play is the main culprit.

    When i start the game as a PC player with crossplay off you get that error message and a sound which repeats twice. I take it that's because there's 2 different consoles so it does it twice.
