If you think that it's an issue with EAC, the best thing you can do is to reach out to their support via https://www.easy.ac/contact/. Hope this helps.
i am having the same problem
and dont bother with reaching out to EA help - they mouth a lot of words but no fixes
trust me - as a veteran gamer, i have tried everything they said and nothing...
Tried contacting EAC but no response. Other games with EAC work but nothing that is Origin/EA works
@xXAnonymous16Xxxhmm ok , lets check if we can fix this EAC ! Make sure Origin is not booting with windows, close origin fully.

Update windows with files required for EasyAntiCheat. Run it as administrator, click install or repair.
Install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables. https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

Delete EAC

Press the Windows key + 'E' to open File Explorer.
Press Alt key, select Tools > Folder Options > View, then check Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
Navigate to the following location C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\ and delete the files:
Delete this file C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.sys
Delete this file C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.exe
Close File Explorer

Press Windows key + R ,typ CMD now hold down CTRL+SHIFT and press ENTER
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each (make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Reboot your system
Press the Windows key + 'E' to open File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 2042\EasyAntiCheat and right click the EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe and
select to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. In EasyAntiCheat app select repair/install to install EAC,
Navigate to C:\\Program Files(x86)\Origin Games\BF2042
Right click the BF2042_launcher.exe (<-- this is the EAC launcher), select properties,
select compatibility tab and select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR , click APPLY , click OK.
Right click the BF2042.exe (<-- this is the game launcher) , select properties,
select compatibility tab and select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR , click APPLY , click OK.
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat and right click the EasyAntiCheat.exe select compatibility tab and select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR , click APPLY , click OK.
Close file explorer
Right click Origin shortcut at desktop and select PROPERTIES.
Select the tab Compatibility, click at CHANGE SETTINGS FOR ALL USERS.
Select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS AN ADMINISTRATOR.
Click at APPLY , and click at OK , OK.
Reboot your system and test Game !

This is all I get, will post an image of the mess of errors I get when attempting to repair the game through the EA app, which does not happen when repaired through origin
