Problem: Unable to load persistence data. Game will return to start menu. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. Error code: 15:1305P : 1302P : 1300P : 1301P:-7A

I'm playing in the Xbox Series S console, I'm connected via Wi-Fi. This problem began around 8:20pm EST 2/23/2023.

The steps I have went thru to troubleshoot were...

1. to Restart the game and then start again. Problem is still present.
2. to exit out of game, then Restart the Xbox console and then start the game again. Problem is still present.
3. to exit out of the game and Shutdown the Xbox console and then start up and start the game again. Problem is still present.
4.  the i follow the Power cycle  Steps on xbox.com. Turn on the console, then turn on the game. Problem is still present.
