Looks like the cpu is maxing out. Client Frame Time (CFT) is showing 20ms which is (1,000ms ÷ 20ms = 50fps). So the game is running at 50fps.
Time Nudge (TN) is spiking up to 600ms when it usually runs around 20ms or less. Time Nudge interpolates player movement so that would explain why players are teleporting.
128 player servers is stressing the CPU beyond it's limits. Try lowering CPU heavy settings like 'high fidelity objects amount' and 'lighting quality'.
