Me too, many games have play but not update at all? Games problem or what?

Summarize your bug Cannot Earn Ribbons - Get Rewards in SHUTDOWN 12V12. I played several games returned to the menu and no rewards. Shutdown xbox, router e.t.c and went to sleep. Day after, restarted xbox, router e.t.c and played and the same problem… no ribbons.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play SHUTDOWN 12V12.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot Earn Ribbons to Get Rewards in SHUTDOWN 12V12.
What should be happening instead? I should have X/80 ribbons earned after playing several times. Fix the problem or the community should be compensated because I do not believe I’m the only one with this issue.It's also happening to me. Region = Canada west coast
Super disappointing given the Blasco skin has been long overdue and now it's stuck behind an undesirable game mode that doesn't even work.
Same here, I played 2-3 rounds of Shutdown and 0 ribbons were added, should have had 30-40 already.
On the bright side Breakthrough tracks them, but it's more tedious since it doesn't double the progress.

I played one game of infantry breakthrough and earned ribbons in SHUTDOWN 12V12. Better slow than no ribbons.
Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. ;-)
Have not tried other game modes yet regarding this issue.
So to everybody, try at least INFANTRY BREAKTHROUGH, it should earn ribbons in SHUTDOWN 12V12.
Yup ifantry conquest works as well. But tedious to grind those 80 ribbons...

This has been passed on to Dice by the Community Managers now, but i don't know if it'll be resolved before the event is over (hopefully it is).
