2042 Refuses to open or crashes on main menu every time

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue, this started happening randomly
What happens when the bug occurs? The game opens fine, it prompts me to sign in and then it takes an abnormal time to load in then it crashes
What should be happening instead? The game should go to the main menu/open
I have reinstalled the game twice, cleared the cache, I've unplugged my xbox and turned it off I've don e every single troubleshooting method I could think of and nothing, this started happening randomly after 5.0.1 before it was fine and even when the update came out it was fine. I have no idea what to do.
